An Ayurvedic treatment with a herbal preparation.

Historical retreat description

A week of complete rest and revitalization. Reconnect with your inner self via yoga and meditation. Nurture your body with Ayurvedic massages and therapies. Feed your stomach with tasty vegetarian dishes!

We rise to the melody of birds and begin the day with a hatha yoga session. What finer method to invigorate both body and mind! We then enjoy a tasty vegetarian breakfast from South India. The day consists of ayurvedic therapies and lots of leisure time to reflect and appreciate the serene green landscape nearby. Enjoy a swim, take a stroll, or just read a book on the terrace of your exclusive villa! Next, we enjoy lunch and a possible second treatment, and the day concludes with another yoga session. In the evening, we have our meal and occasionally come together for a brief satsanga.

Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village is located within 65 acres of verdant surroundings in Palakkad, Kerala. It boasts 30 exclusive villas, all designed according to “Vastu Shastra” architecture – the Indian equivalent of feng shui. This indicates that they each possess a unique design, harmonizing with the environment and encircled by plants and trees known for their significant healing and rejuvenating abilities.
