The confirmed payment providers for AHV patient payments are Razorpay and PayPal. Use only payment instructions issued by the hospital for your enquiry or admission.
Methods and international payments
The methods and currencies actually offered depend on the payment link or checkout, the enabled merchant-account features, your country and your bank. Razorpay international methods require account activation. PayPal India supports international receipts, not domestic payments from Indian customers. No particular country, card, local method or currency is guaranteed merely because a provider supports it in general.
For patients in Europe, the Americas, Japan or elsewhere, ask the team to confirm a suitable payment route if the offered checkout does not work. Additional issuer authentication, including 3-D Secure where required, may be requested. Do not repeatedly pay after an uncertain result; ask the team to check the transaction reference.
Amount, currency and charges
Check the written quotation and the final amount and currency before authorizing payment. The display language does not determine which payment methods are available. Your bank or provider may apply exchange rates or cross-border charges. Ask for clarification of any difference before paying.
Confirmation and refunds
Payment authorization and confirmation of admission are separate steps. Keep the transaction reference and the hospital’s written confirmation. Cancellation eligibility follows the applicable approved tariff and written terms; see /cancellation-and-refund-policy/ and contact [email protected] if documents conflict.
After a refund is approved and initiated, the bank or payment provider controls when it appears in your account. The team can provide the refund reference and status. Do not treat a processing estimate as a guaranteed credit date. Refunds must follow the provider’s supported process and applicable legal requirements.
Security and payment information
Enter payment credentials only in the authorized payment-provider flow. Do not email or message card numbers, CVV/security codes, PINs or one-time passwords. The hospital and payment providers may retain transaction references, amounts, status and records needed for accounting, refunds, security or law.
