We will immerse ourselves in the beautiful, abundant nature of Kerala, engaging in yoga, ayurvedic massages, meditation, and enjoying delightful ayurvedic vegetarian meals.

The Retreat

Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village is located in the middle of 65 acres of vibrant greenery in Palakkad, Kerala. There are 30 distinctive villas, all adhering to “Vastu Shastra” design – the Indian equivalent of feng shui. The retreat is encircled by plants and trees with remarkable healing and rejuvenating abilities, creating the perfect tranquil retreat to unwind! There is a large swimming pool, a tennis court, a library, and gym amenities.

The retreat provides top-notch Ayurvedic therapies and healing massages, featuring skilled massage therapists and physicians. They provide a range of therapies, such as abhyangam, pizhichil, shirodhara, panchakarma, and more.

The Daily Schedule

• 07:00 am to 08:00 am – Hatha Yoga
• 08:00 am to 09:00 am – Breakfast
• 09:00 am to 1:00 pm – Ayurvedic Treatment (1-hour slot p/p)
• 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm – Lunch
• 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm – Ayurvedic Treatment (1-hour slot p/p)
• 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm – Yin Yoga / Restorative Yoga
• 6:45-7:15 pm – Meditation
• 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Dinner
