No Refridgeration

Kairali is a follower of the policy of ‘no refrigeration’. A royal castle that renders healthy living, staunchly promotes food that are not refrigerated as it loses its vitality. Every food item is hand-picked from its own farm that helps in healing as well as maintaining the balance of the human system.

In consonance with Ayurveda, refrigerated foodstuff is lifeless and devoid of prana. This obstructs digestion and saddle with well-being contributing to formation of ‘ama’ or toxin. Subsequently, Kairali focuses on the usage of freshly picked fruits and vegetables from its blissful and miraculous organic garden.
