Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village represents tranquility and a holistic way of life, where individuals can reside free from external disturbances or concerns. Featuring exceptional amenities combined with the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, this serene environment serves as an ideal retreat from the chaos of daily life.

The reasons for the ailments associated with both (mind and body) are threefold – improper use, lack of use, and overuse of time, mental abilities, and sensory objects. This retreat helps you recover from daily stress and provides you with a healthier way of living. Daily sessions of Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurvedic treatments, preparing nutritious Ayurvedic meals, workshops, and various activities would take place. Our instructors will also guide you in Hatha Yoga.

In the course of our daily routines, teams would be formed. The groups would be limited and exclusive to ensure that each individual gets personalized attention. Our yogis possess extensive experience, having taught for over 20 years while travelling around the world to promote yoga awareness.

70% of the ingredients in our nutritious food come from the organic farm located in the Healing Village, while the remaining ingredients are sourced locally. Our meals are cooked based on a person’s body constitution. We adhere to a proper meal plan created by our on-site physicians. We also arrange a workshop on Ayurvedic cooking classes, enabling you to prepare those healthy recipes at home after the retreat. 

In line with the retreat’s theme, our physicians and yoga instructors will provide various Ayurvedic treatments but solely following a thorough assessment of your body. In addition to Ayurvedic cooking classes, we will also offer workshops focused on Yoga philosophy, the significance of yoga in everyday life, personalized consultations and advice, management of specific ailments, village walks, etc. 

The Yoga retreat focused on stress management, healing, and a healthy lifestyle, scheduled for September, aims to assist you in balancing your mind and body. Our expert yogis, Prav and Simona from Denmark, will assist you with all your stress-related concerns for 6 days, followed by healing through Pranayams and Meditation for the next 8 days. Encompassing a complete bundle of rejuvenation for the Mind, Body, and Soul.
