This Ayurvedic healing village is an epitome of serenity and positive lifestyle; here people can stay without any external afflictions or worries. With its supreme amenities blended with the ancient generosity of Ayurveda, this natural habitat of tranquility becomes a perfect spot for a gateway from the hectic life.
The cause of the diseases relating to both (mind and body) are three fold – wrong utilization, non-utilization and excessive utilization of time, mental faculties and objects of sense organs. This retreat recuperates from day to day stress in your life and gifts you with a healthier lifestyle. There would be daily Yoga practices, Pranayama, Ayurvedic therapies, Cooking healthy Ayurvedic food, workshops and other activities. Our yogis would also teach you Hatha Yoga as well.
As a part of our daily activity, groups would be made. The groups would be selective and small so that everyone receives personal attention. Our yogis are highly experienced and have been teaching for more than 20 years, travelling across the globe and spreading the awareness of yoga.
The 70 percent of ingredients used in our healthy organic food is prepared from the herbal garden present in the healing village and the rest are resourced locally. Our food is prepared according to the body constitution of an individual. We follow a proper diet chart prepared by our residential doctors. We would also organize a workshop on Ayurvedic cooking classes, so that after the retreat you can follow those healthy food recipes at your home.
According to the theme of the retreat, our doctors and yoga teachers will do different Ayurvedic therapies but only after your proper body evaluation. Apart from Ayurvedic cooking classes we would also have workshops related to Yoga philosophy, importance of yoga in day to day life, individual consultation and recommendations, specific ailments management, village walk etc.
The Yoga retreat on stress management, healing & healthy lifestyle organized in the month of September, is to help you balance your mind and body. Our professional yogis, Prav and Simona from Denmark will help you out with all your stress related issues, for 6 days and healing through Pranayams & Meditation in next 8 days. Comprising a whole package of Mind, Body and Soul rejuvenation.
