It offers a transformative wellness experience, blending traditional Ayurvedic healing with luxury. Personalized treatments, guided by expert Ayurvedic doctors, effectively rejuvenate both mind and body. The spacious cottages, peaceful environment, and daily yoga and meditation sessions enhance relaxation and balance. Dr. Rahul was quite helpful and treatment team was excellent. The food is fresh, organic, and tailored to Ayurvedic principles. The eco-friendly surroundings and exceptional staff hospitality create a sanctuary of tranquility. Staff was courteous and proactive in helping, Special mention goes to the boy who used to collect Laundry and housekeeping staff who used to clean room daily Overall, it's the perfect destination for those seeking authentic Ayurvedic treatments and holistic rejuvenation. Such a well managed place with each aspect of wellness taken care off. The icing on the cake was that even today our sons , who were so reluctant to go , remember their experience fondly and trying to maintain some of the habits initiated at Kairali. All the staff are super sweet but we do miss Bonny, who was such a warm charming and welcoming person. He could make our sons eat anything. Bless the place and looking forward to a longer stay. One of the best place to be for Panchkarma and other Ayurvedic treatments. Most authentic. All staff are so warm and polite. The food is amazing, difficult to find in this modern world. The beauty is in the ambience, you are totally surrounded by the tall trees, so much greenery everywhere. Great Dr's who helped me discover holistic Ayurvedic approach for my personal well being. After only a 3-day (intake) visit in Feb, I have full trust in Kairali and a personalised treatment plan, so I booked 4 week treatment. Excited to be back again in April. After 4 weeks treatment, also including yoga and meditation, I fully stopped pharmaceutical medicine, symptoms almost gone, energy level much higher than before. Support with Ayurvedic medicine when needed. Doctors are very professional, highly skilled and work from the heart on an Holistic basis: also working together with hospitals and Allopathic Doctors (which was needed in my case). Special thanks to Dr. Priya Devi for outstanding personal guidance. All therapists and staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Feels like a warm family to me, passionately taking care of you. Treatment was serious work, trusting doctors and for me important to have the right mindset, goal and focus on my personal health and wellbeing. Now it is up to me in changing lifestyle and especially food and drinks. Thank you Kairali family for your loving care, support and guidance in my medical Ayurvedic journey: I am so grateful to all of you. See you all in August again for my checkup. This is going to be my yearly “hard- and software update health-event”. Realise that this is just my experience and opinion: go there for a couple of days or week and see, hear, smell, taste and feel yourself... After changing my lifestyle, I was back with my wife in Aug/Sep for checkup and treatment, but also celebrating and enjoying Onam. I was able to maintain lifestyle the last 3 months and my health is still going strong. I need and enjoy a yearly checkup to maintain my lifestyle, so we will be back in Aug/Sep 2025.
