A short line about your concern helps the physician prepare.

A quick look before you send. You can edit anything. Sending opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled — just tap send there and it reaches our medical desk.

Your details are used only to arrange and conduct your consultation and are read by our medical team. Sending this request opens WhatsApp, so your message travels through WhatsApp’s service. We never sell your information; it is handled in line with our Privacy Statement. Before your appointment, we may ask you to complete a short health summary.

Request received

Thank you, there. Our medical desk has your request and will be in touch shortly.

1
A short health summary is sent to you by WhatsApp or email — complete it in your own time.
2
The physician reviews it before your call, so the consultation is focused on you.
3
Your online consultation at the time we agree, by WhatsApp video or call.
A considered process — not a queue

Three calm steps, designed around your time and your physician’s.

We ask very little to begin. The detailed clinical history comes afterwards as a short private form you complete at your own pace — so your physician arrives at the consultation already understanding your case.

Step 01

You request a consultation

A minute or two of your time — your concern and how to reach you. That’s all we need to begin.

1–2 minutes
Step 02

You complete a health summary

A short private form we send by WhatsApp or email. Vitals, history and an Ayurvedic functional review — mostly taps, at your own pace. Reports are optional.

In your own time · before the call
Step 03

You meet your physician online

Having read your summary in advance, the physician gives a considered assessment and an honest view on suitable treatment programmes.

Why patients trust this consultation

A teaching hospital’s standards, a family’s century of care.

For my family, Ayurveda has never been about quick fixes — it is a way of life, practised in its true form. We built this hospital so that every patient is understood as an individual, their constitution read with care before anything is advised, and treated by qualified physicians as we would treat our own family. That responsibility, carried for over a century, is what you will find here.

Good to know

Questions, answered plainly

Is the online consultation really complimentary?
Yes. The initial consultation with our Ayurvedic physician is offered at no charge. It is an assessment of your constitution and your concern, with a considered view on whether our treatment programmes are appropriate for you — never a promise of cure.
Who will I actually be speaking with?
A registered Ayurvedic physician (BAMS) from our medical team, led by our Chief Physician, Dr. Deepu John — who helped draft the NABH Panchakarma Clinic Standards and has over a decade of clinical practice. Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village is a NABH-accredited Ayurvedic hospital.
Why do you ask for a health summary after I request?
So your physician reads your history before the call and the consultation is spent on you, not on paperwork. The summary is a short private form we send you to complete at your own pace — mostly taps, with reports optional.
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. What you share is used only to arrange and conduct your consultation and is read by our medical team. We never sell your information, and we handle it in line with our Privacy Statement. Please note that if you contact us by WhatsApp or email, your messages pass through those services.
Do I have to travel to Kerala?
No. The consultation is online — by WhatsApp video or call — at a time we agree. If a residential treatment programme is appropriate for you, the physician will explain the options.
Will I be pressured to book a treatment programme?
No. The physician’s role is to give you an honest, considered view — and sometimes that view is that our programmes are not appropriate for your situation, in which case we will tell you so plainly. There is no sales follow-up attached to the consultation; what happens next is entirely your decision.
Can I arrange the consultation for my parent or spouse?
Yes, and many patients’ families do. Select “A family member” in the request form, and you are welcome to join the call, help complete the health summary on their behalf, and ask the physician your own questions about their care.
Is this suitable for urgent medical problems?
No. This consultation is a scheduled assessment, not emergency care — if you have an urgent or time-sensitive medical problem, please contact your local emergency services or treating physician immediately. Please also continue any care and medication advised by your treating physician; never stop a prescribed medicine without their guidance.
