Without proper feedback or reviews, an organisation wouldn’t find the flaws in their system all by themselves and that is where the concept of having a feedback system comes in. Through this system, the service users can put forward all their grievances and the organisation can learn from their experiences.
At Kairali-The Ayurvedic Healing Village, there is a separate section called “Guest comments and feedback” which is aimed at doing just that. It has a specialised questionnaire which allows the guests to provide a detailed analysis of their visit and the nature of services offered to them. Through this feedback system, Kairali wishes to improve its already stellar work ethos so that the visitors won’t have to face any type of hassles during their stay here.
