Three-Day Ayurveda Certificate Program
Three days at the hospital, each with an hour of theory, an hour of practical learning and a personal therapy session — Abhyangam, Shirodhara and Podikizhi — so every therapy is studied and then experienced. A certificate of completion is awarded on the third day.

Process Involved In the Three-Day Certificate Program
Each day pairs a theory hour with a practical hour and closes with the therapy the day has covered, given to the participant by the hospital's therapists.
Day 1 — Foundations: what Ayurveda is, its origin and history, its branches and its relevance today; theory and a full Abhyangam experience, including procedure, contraindications and the do's and don'ts.
Day 2 — Therapies and concepts: Panchamahabhuta, Tridosha, Saptadhatu, Trimala and Agni; how Ayurveda defines health and disease; theory and a personal Shirodhara session — procedure, benefits, types and contraindications.
Day 3 — Practice: Prakriti and Ojas; classical and proprietary Ayurvedic medicines with a Kairali products demonstration; theory and a practical Podikizhi session, including how the herbal bolus is prepared.
Certificate: an official certificate of completion at the end of the third day.
