The programme

Process Involved In the One-Day Workshop

The workshop runs as a single structured session — theory first, then a supervised therapy experience — and is scheduled around a group's visit.

01

Understanding Ayurveda: what it is, where it began, its branches, the classical texts, and why it still matters in the 21st century.

02

Ayurvedic medicines: an introduction to classical and proprietary preparations, with a demonstration of Kairali's own products.

03

Therapies on screen: a live video demonstration of the principal Ayurvedic therapies and how each is carried out.

04

Abhyangam experience: a 45-minute full-body oil massage given by a trained therapist, so the theory is understood in practice.

05

Certificate: a participation certificate at the end of the session.
