Consultation: The first consultation consists of a comprehensive health history review, lifestyle assessment, and dosha evaluation (Nadi Pariksha, Darshana Pariksha, Prashna Pariksha).

Diagnosis: Identification of underlying imbalances, health objectives, and any comorbidities. Each aspect of the patient is observed through the lens of Ayurvedic physiology.

Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on the diagnosis, a completely individualized plan is created. This includes a combination of therapies, herbal medications, dietary guidelines, and daily routines (Dinacharya).
