Dive deeper into the practice of yoga with an extensive and a comprehensive study of the ideologies and philosophy employed in yoga, taught at the Kairali-The Ayurvedic Healing Village. The special focus will be emphasized on alignment and developing a devoted awareness of both the body and the breath. The exhaustive course will help you build heat, endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration.

Along with practical training, the course helps in understanding and imbibing the core ethics of yoga while building a firm foundation for a lifetime. The course will encapsulate the elementary aspect of our ancient science; yogic philosophy, which took shape in its present form to the culture that is attached with its inception; its evolution will be discussed and Yoga’s role in our culture and tradition will as well be focused upon.
