- Conduct product launch and promotion activities.
- Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
- Increasing client Base
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market base with new customers.
- Writing business proposals.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Help to plan sales campaigns.
- Carry out sales forecast and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationship with key decision makers, buyers, Distribution channel, Targeted retailers, customers or end-users.
- Identifying opportunities within the assigned territories for further business development scope.
- Organizing joint sale calls and attending them with distributors.
- Continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Preparation of departments sales forecast, annual budget and sales analysis.

Candidate Requirements
Profile:
- Should have overall 5-10 years of hardcore experience with at least 4-8 years of front line managerial experience.
- Should have worked with big brands / Premium brands and High end / High Value Ayurveda .
- Strong presentation & convincing skills are essential.
- Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a pressurized environment, maintaining good customer relations at all times.
