The Person Beyond the Performance

How Does a Care Stay Fit Your Calendar?

Bring your health questions and the dates you can set aside between training, travel or competition. Discuss an appropriate Ayurveda programme with the physician, then check its minimum stay against your available time.

Kairali’s care commitment recognises eligible Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Patient care can explain eligibility, residential arrangements and your written quote so you can plan the visit with clear information.

  • An individual consultation centred on your health history and current care.
  • A programme decision informed by the physician, with its actual minimum stay confirmed.
  • Practical questions about dates, accommodation and any assistance discussed before booking.

Before You Plan

Plan the Care Stay Around Your Actual Needs

For Olympic & Paralympic Athletes

What would you like to discuss?

  • Your health questions, medical history and any ongoing care relevant to a proposed stay.
  • The time you can set aside around training, competition and travel commitments.
  • Whether the recommended programme’s minimum stay fits those available dates.
  • Any specific accommodation, mobility or assistance questions to clarify before travel.

Start with your own priorities. The physician advises on clinical suitability; patient care helps you check the practical fit before booking.

Planning the Visit

What should be confirmed first?

  • Category eligibility for the Olympic and Paralympic athlete care commitment.
  • The chosen programme, its actual inclusions and its minimum stay.
  • A written quote showing your eligible programme rate, taxes and separately charged extras.
  • Your proposed dates and the residential arrangements relevant to your visit.

An enquiry starts the conversation. Confirm eligibility and the proposed programme before claiming the preferential rate or making a booking.

Eligibility and programme rates

This care commitment is for eligible Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Patient care confirms eligibility and the programme before you claim the preferential rate.

  • Only eligible patients who claim the offer receive the preferential rate; other patients pay the regular programme rate. Eligible programme rates are 10% for 3–13 nights, 15% for 14–20 nights and 20% for 21 nights or more.
  • Stays of 1–2 nights use regular programme rates. Each residential programme has its own minimum stay; confirm the minimum for your chosen programme.
  • The benefit applies to the treatment-package price before tax. Separately charged extras are excluded, and items included in your package remain included.
  • Benefits do not stack. If more than one benefit applies, the best eligible single benefit is used for the booking.
  • Before payment, your written quote shows the eligible package amount, preferential rate, separately charged extras, taxes and final total.
  • Availability and change and cancellation terms are stated in your quote before payment. Once confirmed, the agreed benefit is honoured for that booking.
