- The offer applies to eligible serving and retired personnel across India’s Armed Forces and paramilitary services, including their respective branches and departments, and qualifying family members.
- Preferential rates apply to eligible residential Ayurvedic treatment packages; stays of 1–2 nights use regular programme rates. Applicable taxes and separately charged services or extras are excluded from the preferential rate, and items included in your package remain included.
- Each program has its own minimum-stay requirement.
- Preferential rates cannot be combined with other offers. If multiple benefits apply, the best eligible single benefit will be used.
- Accepted service, veteran, pensioner, or alternative eligibility documentation must be presented at check-in.
- Eligible family members may travel independently, subject to relationship and eligibility verification.
- The benefit has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to unrelated travellers.
- No promotional code or service-document upload is required for an initial inquiry; please do not send service documents through the enquiry form.
- If standard proof is unavailable, alternative documentation must be agreed upon with the patient care team before payment.
