Kairali Ayurvedic Group’s flagship ayurvedic destination, Kairali-The Ayurvedic Healing Village, Palakkad, Kerala is one-of-its-kind of a holistic space, which heals you internally and externally with traditional and authentic Ayurvedic therapies, treatments and medications along with Yoga and Meditation. A certified model of a wellness retreat, the healing village is implanted at the foot of Nilgiri and Annamalai ranges (Western Ghats). Set amidst mountains, forests, fertile valley and rivers are the 30 premium villas, which are forever surrounded by the fragrance of Pala trees. In compliance with Vaastu Shastra, the villas add on to the restorative and curative ambience. The Ayurvedic Healing Village also boasts of Red Oxide flooring, a rare Valambari Conch shell and a gentle stream flowing around every villa. Yoga, Meditation, Astrology, Palmistry, nutrition, therapy, spiritual training and traditional Indian rituals (pujas) are part of the routine at the retreat. K.V. RAMESH
Managing Director
As the harbinger of Ayurveda, Mr. K.V. Ramesh, Managing Director and co-founder of the Kairali Ayurvedic Group, is the bridge between the four generations who have dedicated their lives in promoting Ayurveda. He is blessed with the legacy of ancient science and is responsible for passing it on to the future generations. His contribution to Ayurveda, the alternative form of medicine, did not simply start from when he first founded the Kairali Ayurvedic Group through a small center in South Delhi. It can be traced to his teenage years when he used to lend a helping hand to his father Dr. K.S.V Vasudevan by mixing Ayurvedic medicine for patients. This not only proved to be an initial learning for him, but during those nascent years he also observed the way Ayurveda helped people. In addition, Mr. Ramesh is also the Director at Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Corporation Ltd.
GITA RAMESH
Joint Managing Director
The heart and soul behind the Kairali Ayurvedic Group since its inception, and wife of Mr. K.V Ramesh, Mrs. Gita Ramesh is the Joint Managing Director. She has been the motivation and spearhead of the Group, and a guiding light too. She brings along her expertise in Ayurveda, making Kairali one of the most successful Ayurveda companies in the world. She maintains an unfaltering commitment to the quality of knowledge, expertise, techniques and treatments used at Kairali’s retreats and spas, for which she has garnered praise and recognition as an industry pioneer.

Following the footsteps of his parent, Mr. K.R. Abhilash is impelled to carry forward the legacy he inherited from his forefathers.Director of Kairali Ayurvedic Group, Mr. Abhilash is responsible for expansion and capturing the best in Ayurveda. In a very short time, he is credited with proliferating success and escalating Kairali’s pharmaceutical, training and franchisee units, and strengthening its core businesses. His visionary and innovative outlook has earned him many accolades so early in his career. He has been successful in establishing Kairali Ayurvedic Treatment Centers in India and around the globe. His expertise includes creating, conceptualizing, and delivering world class health retreat or a hotel, destination or a daycare Ayurvedic center, and services customized to pamper themselves.
K.R. ABISHEK
Director
Product of the New York Institute of Technology, Mr. K.R.Abishek is the youngest in the family of Ayurvedic practitioners who also has pledged to dedicate his life in the service of Ayurveda. He is the fellow member of the board of directors. He entered the family business equipped with ideas and a great enthusiasm to take the company even further in the world of international hospitality. The face of the Kairali Ayurvedic Group’s franchise division, he also heads the Training and Panchakarma Institutes in Kerala. With great achievements in expanding Kairali’s pharmaceutical brands and strengthening its core businesses, he has firmly established himself within the team.
