Appreciation and criticism are two distinct, and yet very similar facets of human understanding. Both of these influence our future actions and helps us make better judgment calls. Just like experience in any field is important for an individual/organisation to grow and improve their qualities, appreciation or criticism is mandatory to show them where exactly they are excelling or lacking and how they can effectively deal with the situation. Since we as the customers of a service are in the best position to describe their service without any bias, the duty of giving an adequate feedback falls in our laps.
A feedback is as important to an organisation as is its dedication and commitment to service. Without proper feedback or reviews, an organisation wouldn't find the flaws in their system all by themselves and that is where the concept of having a feedback system comes in. Through this system, the service users can put forward all their grievances and the organisation can learn from their experiences.
At Kairali Ayurvedic village, there is a separate section called "Guest comments and feedback" which is aimed at doing just that. It has a specialised questionnaire which allows the guests to provide a detailed analysis of their visit and the nature of services offered to them. Through this feedback system, Kairali wishes to improve its already stellar work ethos so that the visitors won't have to face any type of hassles during their stay here.
