  • “Services” include all Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, wellness consultations, accommodation bookings, dining, activities, and any additional offerings provided by Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village.

Eligibility to Use

Booking and Reservation Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A 40% deposit secures the booking; the balance is due no later than 30 days before admission. Requests for a specific villa must be made at least six months in advance and are subject to availability; confirmation requires full payment.

  • Advance Requirements: We may request additional information, such as identification documents or health details, to ensure appropriate treatments and arrangements.
    • \n
  • Child Policy: Children below 5 years can stay and have meals free of charge when sharing the room and existing bedding with adults. Additional charges may apply for older children or extra beds.

Doctor Consultation Timing

Guests with same-day bookings or walk-in arrivals must check in before 3:30 PM to be eligible for a doctor consultation on the same day. This cut-off is essential to allow our Ayurvedic doctors to provide a detailed and unhurried consultation experience.

Arrivals after 3:30 PM will have their consultation scheduled for the next available day, depending on doctor availability. We encourage all guests to plan their travel accordingly to avoid delays in beginning their healing program.

Indian law applies to the hospital’s operations, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the particular transaction or patient. Kerala courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms do not prevent a complaint to a competent regulator or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination of Services

Access may be restricted for unlawful use, security threats or material breach, subject to applicable law. Changes to an admission or clinical care must respect applicable patient rights, care obligations and the agreed terms. No blanket exclusion of liability applies.

We may update website terms prospectively and identify material changes where required. Posting new terms does not automatically alter an existing confirmed admission or retrospectively authorize a new use of personal data. Any required notice, agreement or consent remains necessary.
